From the first racket to a professional coach
🎾 The beginning
I remember my first tennis lesson – I was a little girl, scared of the big court and the heavy racket. But something about this sport turned me on. The sound of the ball, the feeling of speed, the joy of a good shot…
🏆 Tournament experience
I have participated in many tournaments and competitions. I have won and lost – and both taught me a lot. I know what it’s like to play under pressure, how to manage emotions, how to read your opponent’s game, how to trust yourself when it’s difficult.
This experience cannot be learned from books or videos – you have to live it on the court. And that’s exactly why I can prepare my students not only technically, but also psychologically and tactically for real matches.
❤️ The love of teaching
I discovered that I love to pass on my knowledge. I see someone hit the ball correctly for the first time and their eyes light up – it’s magic! I see how children become confident competitors, how adults discover a new passion in their lives…
📚 Continuous learning
I never stop learning! Every week I watch analyses of professional matches – how Djokovic, Alcaraz, Sviontek play. I study the techniques of their coaches. I read about biomechanics, sports psychology, nutrition, physical training.
I experiment with new teaching methods – what works for children, what for adult beginners, how to make training more effective and more interesting.
🎯 My mission today
I want everyone to experience the joy of tennis that I experienced. Not just hitting a ball, but feeling development, achievements, overcoming oneself.
Tennis is not just a sport – it’s a way of life. It teaches you discipline, endurance, strategic thinking, managing emotions. These skills stay with you forever.
“Your success is my mission. Your development is my pride. Your joy on the court is the reason I do this!”
